Saving Alerts Dec 2016

The Add New Alert screen is now taking shape.

It is different to the Spots equivalent in that it requires either UTC date/time or part of a day.

I decided to use a segmented control, its a series of buttons joined at the hip.  You give them labels or even pictures and handle them in the code behind the screen.  Richard suggested I use icons for different parts of the sun for a day.

Its so easy to get distracted by the look and never complete the thing.  I held my nerve. To the right is the first attempt. You can see the Comments would not play along and there is no UTC button yet.

Allen and I did a lot of testing with saving of Spots and Alerts.
